We are always searching for reputable roofing contractors to include on our bidder’s list. What do we consider a good roofing contractor? A reliable contractor with the financial resources to complete projects, one who does not abandon projects once they have started, and one who carries insurance, is licensed, and bonded. Additionally, we value contractors who work safely in compliance with OSHA standards and adhere to strict workmanship standards.
What do we do?
We are primarily engaged in commercial, multifamily, townhome, and condominium projects. We may ask you for bids on repairs and maintenance, restoration, or full re-roofing. You must remain in OSHA compliance at all times while on site. Be aware of the people in and around the area and ensure their safety as well as your crew’s. You must be capable of managing larger projects and willing to take on smaller projects as well.
What do we need from you?
Once you have completed the form and uploaded your certificate of insurance, we will conduct a vetting process. This includes verifying that your ROC license is valid and current, checking for any serious complaints or violations, and searching court records to ensure you don’t spend too much time in court.
